Cambridge likes to set questions related to estimations. E.g. What’s the KE of a jogger? What’s the frequency of ultraviolet light?
Nobody memorizes such things. So for the KE of a jogger, it helps to have some “general knowledge” e.g. I take 15 min to complete my 2.4 km run. As for the frequency of UV, you better have some “physics data library” in your head e.g. wavelength of visible light is between 400 nm to 700 nm.
The following is a (non-exhaustive) list of such “general knowledge” and “physics data library”.
